In addition to maintaining all aspects of the day-to-day property operations, the professionals at Pride work with investors to maximize the investment in single-and multi-family dwellings, as well as commercial properties.  With insights into the current market and property assessment, the company ensures rents are competitive and properties are prepared for renting.  In addition, Pride manages property advertising across multiple platforms and conducts comprehensive tenant screens.  As part of its total value, Pride has also developed important networks with lenders, insurance agents, and contractors to assist with client needs.

Effective resident relations are a company hallmark, knowing that residents contribute to high standards of property care, retention, and neighborhood quality and connection.  The resident relations team at Pride covers all aspects of resident relations including screening, leasing, rent collections, financial processing, maintenance, and repairs, as well as the enforcement of property and resident-related policies.  

Incorporated in 2018 (Dallas TX), Pride Property Management is also a collaborating contributor to regional affordable housing initiatives, including LIFE Development Community, one of the region’s most sustainable and affordable housing projects targeting the homeless and the housing insecure.
